Wealthy Tyrone Machinery Manufacturer require a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer or Engineering Manager (65K-75K) to Manage a Design Division. You'll either currently be an Engineering Manager, or a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer ready for the transition. You'll be experienced in managing projects, engineers and have excellent 3D modelling skills. The Role: Distribute Project Workload to Engineers Carry out Quality Checks, Problem Solve & Liaise with Clients Coach/ mentor junior engineers Set out Targets/ KPI's and overlook timely completion of work.
