Mechanical Design Engineer - Experienced in Building Services

They have multiple offices across the UK and have a solid reputation for successful project delivery throughout numerous sectors within the Built Environment. Projects can vary from small works to 100m+ across Education, Heritage, High-End Residential, Cultural, Laboratories and more. They have a very modern, open-plan office space, with a positive energic culture. You will get exposure to designing a wide range of mechanical systems across multiple jobs and there is an excellent support system in place for staff training and development. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their Glasgow office. Role Design mechanical building services systems across various projects Produce calculations, specifications, and technical reports Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and contractors Participate in design reviews and client meetings Conduct site surveys Qualifications / Experience Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering 2+ years' experience in building services design (consultancy preferred) Experience carrying out site surveys and producing survey reports Familiarity with UK standards and regulations. Understanding of sustainable design principles Strong communication and problem solving skills.
