Candidates highly sought after are those ideally from an M&E / Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services or HVACbackground. We are interested in candidates to consider of varied levels - ESSENTIAL is your background in Mechanical Building Services design. You will ideally be capable of producing heating/cooling (thermal modelling) and ventilation load calculations using industry software, with sizing and selection of AHUs, FCUs, extract fans, pumps, chillers, ASHP, boilers and plate heat exchangers etc. Candidates sought will have experience producing above ground drainage calculations and sizing of drainage systems.
