The role of the Mechanical Design Engineer -
*
3D modelling & drawings in SolidWorks
*
Creating BOMs and developing component libraries
*
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
*
Supporting engineering projects from start to finish
What you’ll need as a Mechanical Design Engineer -
*
Mechanical/electrical design experience
*
Strong SolidWorks CAD
*
Knowledge of pipework systems (desirable, not essential)
*
Ideally experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment
