Do you have Design and Hands on experience, looking for a highly-varied role where you can see your creations brought to life, assist with shop floor duties and have full autonomy?

This company are a multi-million pound supplier of Industrial equipment into a range of sectors. Due to consistent growth this is a new role within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the Mechanical Design of components, tooling and new products. You will also support the development of these through Operating Machinery, Testing and Quality assessment.

This role would suit a Design and Development Engineer with practical experience who enjoys being involved from concept through to manufacture, rather than working purely behind a desk.

The Role:

Mechanical design of components, assemblies, tooling, and production fixtures
Working closely with manufacturing to resolve engineering and production issues
Monday - Friday days role within a manufacturing environmentThe Person:

Mechanical Engineering background
Experience with CAD / Design
Hands-on mindset with exposure to manufacturing, prototyping, or shop floor support
Commutable to Witney
