Senior Technical Operator (Electrical Bias) Shift: Full-time, rotating shifts Salary: £58,823 (inclusive of shift) You must hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering to be considered for this role. We're looking for a skilled Senior Technical Operator who thrives on tackling complex issues, keeping production lines running smoothly, and supporting continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing: * Carry out advanced preventative and breakdown maintenance to ensure machines meet targets for efficiency, yield, and product quality. * Support new initiatives, programs, and production changeovers across bottling and packaging equipment (fillers, labellers, UV lamps, etc.). * Deliver both planned and corrective asset care in line with the maintenance execution plan (MEP). * Use the site’s CMMS to record maintenance activities accurately and ensure asset performance data is kept up to date. * Conduct QESH checks to maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Take part in shift handovers, safety briefings, and continuous improvement activities. * Follow site safety procedures at all times, helping to maintain a zero-accident culture.
