The Opportunity A leading London-based facilities management provider, renowned for delivering first-class service across luxury, high-rise residential developments, is looking to appoint a Mechanical Engineer to join its established foot-mobile team across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a prestigious portfolio of multi-block estates, including residential towers, communal podiums and complex plant infrastructure. The role is heavily focused on compliance-led maintenance, structured PPM delivery in line with SFG20 standards, and ensuring the ongoing performance and reliability of critical building services. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on fault finding, troubleshooting and asset performance, rather than purely installation work.
