In this role, the successful Mechanic Engineer would be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft, making a real impact in a highly specialised environment. The ideal Mechanical Engineer Supervisor would have a background in mechanical engineering and ideally from military or aeronautics and be local, or, have plans to move to Anglesey, Wales. The Role: Review operational performance of aircraft systems and components Analyse and diagnose faults, apply technical knowledge to repair, modify, or improve procedures Ensure team meets maintenance schedules, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary Maintain personal and team competencies for aircraft/component work Demonstrate flexibility and proactive attitude, follow direction appropriately.
