In this role, youll be working at a critical site in Waltham Cross, delivering maintenance across critical mechanical systems.If you have a strong background in mechanical building services and have previously worked in data centres or similar critical environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Youll play a key role in maintaining plant, supporting small projects, and ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently. If you're proactive, dependable and career-driven, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.Working within a critical environment, ensuring reliability and uptime of plant equipment.Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.RequirementsRight to work in the UK Proven experience within a critical environment (ideally data centres).Strong mechanical background within building servicesIOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification preferredWhats on Offer £52,000 Per annum basic salary Monday to Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) Overtime available25 Days annual leave + Bank holidays Company pension scheme On-site parking If you live in and around the Waltham Cross or the North London area this could be the role for you.
