You will report to a Team Leader and work within a multi-disciplined project team, contributing to air vehicle design, integration, and test activities.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will: Produce Technical Artifacts: Produce engineering artifacts including design data and technical documentation, to required standards (e.g., BS:8888) and good GD&T principles . Design and Manufacture Support: Maintain configuration management of design data and support manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable. Contribute to Testing: Contribute to item, sub-system, and air vehicle-level test activities, including flight test(s) and the production of formal test reports. Develop Concepts: Develop design concepts that remove or minimise hazards, incorporating industry good practice.
