Mechanical Engineer - £45,000 + plenty of overtime + excellent training provided + progression opportunities\n\nAn established facilities management company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a large team in a commercial site. This role is working in a large site in the Tottenham Court Road area covering the landlord services, carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. It’s an excellent opportunity for a reliable engineer who is looking for long-term stability, and progression pathways.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDeliver both scheduled and emergency mechanical maintenance across a commercial site\nInspect, service, and repair HVAC equipment including AHUs, fan coil units, pumps, valves, and associated pipework\nMaintain hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations\nIdentify faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs or component replacements\nWork safely at all times, adhering to health, safety, and industry standards\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with clients on site\nAccurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance records\nAbout you:\n\nProven experience within commercial building services or facilities management environments\nConfident in mechanical diagnostics and fault finding\nComfortable working autonomously and organising your own workload
