Mechanical Engineer – Building Services

Join a growing MEP & Sustainability consultancy in Newquay! We’re partnered with a friendly team of five within a 7-office UK network, working across residential, education, industrial, leisure and commercial projects. We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who can run and deliver Building Services projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead mechanical design across varied sectors
• Manage projects, clients, budgets and deadlines
• Produce calculations, reports, drawings and specifications
• Work closely with electrical and sustainability teams
• Attend meetings, site visits and support junior engineers

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in mechanical building services design
• Consultancy background preferred
• Proficient with design software (Hevacomp/IES etc.)
• Strong communicator, confident running projects
