We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a commercial office based in the City of London! You'll be joining a great company, be given the chance to progress further within your career, have your travel covered and be given the chance to work on a great site!Job Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units BMS Operation Key Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Salary and Package Up to £45,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Join a well renowned company Company pension scheme Additional training Overtime available 25 days annual leave + bank holidays ...
