Eden Brown are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Manchester on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an industry professional or qualified lecturer to support and inspire the next generation of engineers, delivering high-quality teaching to Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices.

You will deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons in: * CNC Machining * Manual Milling * Manual Turning * Engineering Principles & Workshop Practice

You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing learner's progress, supporting apprentices in developing industry-ready skills, and maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A strong background in mechanical engineering and machining (CNC, milling, turning) * Industry experience within manufacturing or precision engineering * Experience teaching or training apprentices (Level 2 and/or Level 3) * A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one * Knowledge of current industry standards and health & safety regulations * Passion for developing future engineering talent
