You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across practical workshops and classroom sessions, particularly within EAL apprenticeships. What you'll do: Teach, assess, and support learners across Levels 1–5 in mechanical engineering disciplines Deliver both practical and theoretical sessions in areas such as CNC programming, milling and turning, 3D printing, and CAD Support learners in developing their technical understanding, employability, and problem-solving skills Contribute to curriculum planning and course development to meet employer and industry needs Provide excellent support, guidance, and feedback to help learners achieve their full potential Embed core themes such as health and safety, equality, and British values within your teaching Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and assessment Engage with employers to support apprenticeships and work-based learning opportunities What we're looking for: Degree in Mechanical ...
