We are currently seeking a Mechanical Estimator in Warrington to support a strong pipeline of mechanical and building services opportunities across the North-West.

This is a key pre-construction role for someone who enjoys building accurate, competitive tenders, shaping scope early, and working closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure projects are set up properly from the outset.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing mechanical estimates and tender submissions for building services projects

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to confirm scope and pricing strategy

Completing take-offs and building labour, plant and material costings

*

Issuing supplier and subcontractor enquiries, analysing returns and ensuring best value

Producing clear clarifications, exclusions and assumptions to reduce commercial risk
