A rapidly growing M&E subcontractor with three offices across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team at their Dartford office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Role

Preparing detailed mechanical estimates and tender submissions

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation

*

Pricing mechanical building services systems including pipework, HVAC, and associated plant

*

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations

*

Producing cost plans and tender breakdowns

*

Supporting the pre-construction team and senior management

Requirements

*

Proven experience working as a Mechanical Estimator within the M&E / Building Services sector

Strong understanding of mechanical installations, specifications, and pricing
