- Office based (Flexible Working Possible) We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality commercial and retail projects .

This role would suit someone who is confident in mechanical estimating and is now looking to progress into a position with greater autonomy, responsibility, and influence , while still being fully supported by a team of highly qualified engineers and experienced business leaders .

The Role Preparing mechanical tenders for commercial and retail projects Typical tender values averaging around £2 million Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates Working closely with engineers, commercial teams, and senior management Contributing to value engineering and tender strategy discussions About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator (or similar role) Background in commercial and/or retail construction projects Strong understanding of mechanical building services Comfortable working with a degree of independence Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career What's on Offer Salary up to £65,000 , depending on experience Clear opportunity to grow into a more autonomous role Support and mentorship from experienced xbpsjku engineers and leaders Stable workload with well-structured projects A collaborative and professional working environment If you're an estimator looking for the next step in responsibility without being left on your own , this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
