We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Field Service Engineer for a market leading business within the Corrugation Industry who install and service equipment across sites in the UK and Ireland, This is a permanent role that has been created due to continued expansion. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background working within an Electrical maintenance based role within an manufacturing environment. Candidates will be time served ( Minimum NVQ Level 3) Qualified in Mechanical Engineering. Experience of working on large scale production equipment is a must. Candidates must have experience working on a range of mechanical systems including Gearboxes, Motors, Shafts , Rollers, Chains/ Belts, Drives. This is primarily a Days based role with current staff working on site 37.5 hours per week + Overtime + Travel. Candidates can manage their own workload but will require weekend work. All travel time is paid door to door + all additional hours paid at premium rates - Realistic Earnings up to £75k The role will cover sites across the UK so a willingness to travel is required. This role would ideally suit a candidate with a demonstrable maintenance background looking to develop and progress into a field service based role.
