Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems and equipment

* Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

* Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure safe and continuous operations

* Inspect and diagnose mechanical faults and potential issues

* Dismantle and reassemble machinery for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

* Collaborate closely with electrical and operations teams on repairs and upgrades

* Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols

* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

* Support the development of junior fitters and apprentices through training and mentoring

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Multi-Skilled Technician in an industrial setting
