DCT Recruitment is proud to be supporting a high-profile project at Shotton Mill in Deeside, and we are currently looking to recruit 20 experienced operatives for a range of installation and mechanical fitting roles.

Role: Production Equipment Fitters Assembly and mechanical installation of components for a large-scale paper machine Work includes bolting, aligning, and fitting mechanical parts Ductwork Installers Installation of air supply and ventilation ducts across the production line Must be confident working from layout drawings and plans Sheet Metal Roofers / Panel Fitters / Cladders Installation of machine hooding, cladding systems, and flashings Work involves handling sheet metal and pre-fabricated panels on-site

Required: Proven experience in your chosen trade (fitting, ducting, cladding, etc.) Ability to follow installation drawings and work independently or in a team Valid CSCS card or equivalent site certification (preferred) Own tools and PPE (basic) Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Day shift: 07:00 19:00 ,Night shift: 19:00 07:00 (1h unpaid break ) Saturday: 07:00 15:30 (30min unpaid break )
