This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in building electro-mechanical assemblies and working with both mechanical and electrical components. You'll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, upgrading and repairing assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Manufacturing Manuals (CMMs), ensuring all work meets quality and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small electro-mechanical components according to technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs. Use hand tools and measuring equipment such as torque drivers, micrometers and verniers. Perform assembly tasks including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing, and lubrication. Connect cables and wires following technical specifications. Conduct tests and inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any product issues. Maintain the equipment used in electronic assembly processesRequirements
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CMMs, and SOPs. Experience assembling components such as fans, motors and heaters. Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
