Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking for your next role?SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced fitters for a globally known client based in Bromsgrove.The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a proactive approach, and the flexibility to support both workshop and occasional on-site work.Salary:£31k-£35k Per Annum + BonusWorking hours:Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00What you'll be doing:Strip down and assess industrial gearboxes and motorsCarry out fault finding and complete service/job reportsClean and degrease mechanical componentsReplace faulty gears, shafts, bearings, and seals to manufacturer specificationsAssemble and test gearboxes and motorsPrepare equipment for dispatch, including painting and finishingMaintain high standards of health & safety within the workshopWhat we are looking for:Strong mechanical fitting experience (essential)Basic electrical knowledge (ideally)Experience using machining equipment (e.g. lathes, presses, milling machines)Good level of computer literacyFlexible attitude and willingness to work on customer sites when requiredFull UK driving licence (ideally)Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)If you are interested in this role, please apply nowand a consultant will be in touch!JBRP1_UKTJ
