We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a range of commercial clients. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the maintenance operations of two key commercial buildings located in East London, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical systems and plant equipment. This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all mechanical systems and plant within the buildings, including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and associated controls. Carry out routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical plant commonly found in modern commercial office environments. Respond quickly to reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to minimise disruption to building operations.
