CBW is currently recruiting a Mechanical Lead Maintenance Engineer toworkin a beautifulGrade IIlisted office building in the heart of the City of London. This is a unique opportunity to work within a landmark environment that combines historic architectureand a modern contemporary look.This role requires you to take full responsibility for the mechanical services across the building, overseeing daily maintenance operations and delivering a high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. You will lead a team of three engineers, ensuring smooth coordination of all mechanical systems while maintaining high service standards for a corporate client.With significant overtime available and a 1-in-4 call-out rota, this position offers strong earning potential within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
