The Company: Interaction have partnered with a well-established, industry leader in recycling of UPVC windows and doors. Due to continuous growth, our client is now looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their busy engineering team.
The Package · Overtime available – 1,5x · 25 days holiday + bank holidays · Pension subject to auto-enrolment - Employee contribution 5% (minimum) and Employer contributes 3% · All Colleague Bonus - Individuals can get up to £1,200 per year subject to the Company achieving performance targets. The Role · Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns with the stipulated timeframes. · Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance. · Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption. · Optimise the ...
