Are you a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, looking for a stable and long-term role within a close-knit and well-established manufacturing business, that offers great work life balance through an early finish Friday and a generous holiday package, achievable progression opportunities into managerial roles, and specialist training on the company's expertise?

Do you want the opportunity to join a leading manufacturer who specializes in the fabrication of quartz and thermocouples, who provide on the job as well as external training in a variety of specialized Engineering practices, including but not limited to PLC's and Industrial Process Gas.

On offer is the chance to join a reputable, and well-established company who specialize in the manufacture and supply of quartz and thermocouple products for a variety of industries including but not limited to semiconductors, solar, and fiber optics.

In this role you will be responsible for the Maintenance and repair of a variety of Machinery, starting off with Motors and Gearboxes, and then with training moving onto industrial ovens and furnaces, Lathes, and CNC grinders and millers. This will be a mixture of planned and reactive Maintenance.

This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar, looking for a stable role with great benefits, including but not limited to an annual bonus paid twice a year, scalable career progression into managerial roles, and internal and external training on a variety of specialized Engineering processes.
