Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
King's Cross, North London
£48,000 - £50,000
We're recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a high end commercial site based in King's Cross! This is a great role if you're looking to join a privately owned, well renowned, market leading service provider.
You'll be part of an excellent M&E maintenance team, working as part of a team and individually, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, water treatment, etc.), update site logbooks, report into the Site Manager and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
To be successful for this Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role, you must be qualified in a mechanical related subject (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent)
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Cooling Towers
Chilled Water Systems
Heat Exchangers
Plumbing
Generators
Pressurisation Units
BMS Operation
Motors
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
Apprentice trained – desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience – minimum 5 years
Strong client-facing skills
Driven and methodical approach
Salary and Package:
£48,000 - £50,000 per annum
Private health and dental care provided
Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm
25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
