Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Goodge Street, London - £48,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a prestigious commercial building, located on Goodge Street, London. This building offers a modern, high-end retail park all within walking distance to major transport hubs, which include Oxford Circus station and Goodge Street. You will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance across areas of the commercial building, all while working within a maintenance team.  The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G / NVQ), with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.  In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £48,000,  plenty of overtime available, further training and further career progression.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
\n Monitor mechanical plant
\n
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
\n
Monitor the BMS systems.
\n
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
\n
General building fabric
\n
Escort specialist subcontractors
\n

Requirements:
\n Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
