Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near St Paul's. CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building based a 5-minute walk from St Paul's station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Key Duties & Responsibilities
\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) \n
Emergency lighting tests \n
Control Panels \n
Changing Ballast \n
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) \n
Maintain and update Log books \n
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets \n
Monitor the mechanical plant \n
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings \n
Cooling Towers \n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n
Water Treatment \n
General building fabric \n
Escort specialist subcontractors \n
Hours of work
\n Monday to Friday (40 hour week) \n
07:00am to 16:00pm - Week 1 \n
09:00am to 18:00pm - Week 2 \n
Requirements
\n Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Required) \n
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
Multi-skilled \n
Good communication skills \n
