We’re on the hunt for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to help maintain a modern, high-spec site that keeps London moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical and general building maintenance, keeping critical systems running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
\n Carrying out planned & reactive M&E maintenance
\n
Small lighting installs, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes
\n
Emergency lighting & BMS monitoring
\n
AHU/FCU maintenance – filter changes, cleaning
\n
Basic plumbing – e.g. unblocking toilets
\n
Water temp checks (non-dosing)
\n
Coordinating and escorting subcontractors
\n
Keeping site logbooks up to date
\n
Attending client meetings as needed
\n
Working Hours   Rotating Week Schedule:
\n Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
\n
Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00
\n
1 in 4 call out (with paid call-outs)
\n

✅ What We’re Looking For
\n Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ equivalent)

Strong experience in commercial building maintenance
\n
Multi-skilled with a hands-on approach
\n
Excellent communication skills
\n
Able to provide trade certificates upon request
\n
