Telford, Shropshire.

INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING BUSINESS

£43,800 per annum + 1.5x overtime + Pension + Healthcare + Benefits

4on4off Rotational Days & Nights.

A well-known and highly successful business based in the heart of Shropshire are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment. Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment!

Role Description.

  • Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a range of automated machinery.
  • Mechanical fault finding..
  • Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required.
  • Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
  • Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.
  • Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Mechanically Biased skills.
  • Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Manufacturing industry or forces background (REME / Navy / RAF).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
