Job Title: Mechanical / AHU Engineer Location: Slough Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical / AHU Engineer to join a specialist building services team operating within a large production and studio complex in Berkshire.
This is a static role across two large buildings, where you will be responsible for maintaining a significant portfolio of approximately 200 Air Handling Units and associated HVAC equipment. The position offers a stable MondayFriday schedule and the chance to work within a technically interesting and unique environment.
The Role:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a large number of AHUs. Servicing and maintaining ventilation equipment including fans, motors, belts, bearings, dampers and filters. Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs across HVAC plant. Supporting reactive maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
