A large, high-spec commercial building in King’s Cross is recruiting a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support its day-to-day building operations. This Mechanical Engineer role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC and mechanical plant experience.
The Role – Mechanical Engineer:
* Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
* Mechanical maintenance across HVAC, plant and building services
* Planned and reactive maintenance duties
* Fault-finding and plant optimisation
* Supporting statutory compliance and safety standards
Requirements – Mechanical Engineer:
* Mechanical qualification or recognised apprenticeship
* Commercial building or critical environment experience
* Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and organisational skills
