Location: Doncaster Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours: Days only | 4 on 4 off Key Responsibilities Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery To install and maintain equipment ensuring minimum interruptions to production. Carry out planned and reactive electrical (and mechanical where applicable) maintenance Fault-find and repair plant equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and switchgear Work safely within a structured shift pattern to ensure continuous operation Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with site safety procedures Assisting other mechanical/operational departments when required. Candidate Requirements (Essential) Apprentice-trained engineer (Level 3 NVQ minimum) Comfortable working in physically demanding environments Benefits 7% employer pension contribution (no employee contribution required) Optional pension xehkeey match up to 10% employer contribution 17 12-hour shifts holiday (25 standard days) Bank holidays paid as time + day in lieu (or day in lieu if scheduled off) Holiday pay calculated on a 12-month rolling average including overtime Monthly pay Career progression opportunities into team leader or supervisory roles
