Mechanical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider - Commercial Building Moorgate, London- £42,500

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Moorgate, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,500, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday 07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 09:00 am to 18:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems.
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements
Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
