MechanicalMaintenance Engineer FM Service Provider - High-Profile Building Chilton, Didcot up to £40,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshirehas arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton, Didcot. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

  • Callout 1 in 4 - £149 Per Week

Hours of work
  • Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor mechanical plant
  • Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
  • General building fabric
  • Escort specialist sub contractors
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
