Key duties & responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital HVAC systems, including air-handling units, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems. Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and airflow in critical areas such as operating rooms, ICUs, isolation rooms, and laboratories. Oversee maintenance of plumbing systems, hot water systems, pumps, and medical gas infrastructure. Monitor and optimize performance of the hospitals central plant, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
