* £60,000 basic salary

Job Description
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive plumbing & mechanical maintenance
* Working in plant rooms, risers, and communal building areas
* Supporting small project and upgrade works
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Strong domestic + commercial maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence
