This position is perfect for those commuting from Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, and surrounding areas. Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a set night shift pattern with the added bonus of a 4-day weekend every third week! SHIFT ROTATION: Weeks 1 & 2: Monday to Thursday, 19:30 - 06:00 Weeks 3 & 4: Tuesday to Thursday, 19:30 - 06:00; Friday, 19:30 - 04:30 Main Responsibilities As our Mechanical Maintenance Fitter Night Shift , you will: Respond to plant breakdowns, ensuringtimelyand efficient repairs while adhering to safety and maintenance standards Implement permanent solutions for any temporary fixes Drive improvements in plant performance, maintenance, and asset reliability
