Mechanical Mobile Engineer – Building Services
Mobile (London & Surrounding Areas) £38,000 – £45,000 + Van + Overtime
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential sites.
This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who is confident working independently across PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.
The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
* Attend reactive callouts and fault finding across multiple sites
* Service and maintain plant including:
* Pumps
* Pressurisation units
* General mechanical building services equipment
* Complete all service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
* Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within FM / Building Services
* Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance
* Experience working on:
* Pumps & pressurisation units
* General plant room equipment
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
