We're working with a reputable building services contractor who are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in securing projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical and/or electrical building services projects. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing tender documentation and specifications Producing detailed cost estimates and take-offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Identifying value engineering opportunities Supporting bid submissions and tender presentations Working closely with commercial and project teams

Requirements

Proven experience as an Estimator within an M&E contractor Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical building services Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Commercial awareness and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills
