What You’ll Do:

• Lead mechanical pre-construction design & coordination
• Produce compliant, competitive tender bids
• Manage client & consultant interfaces
• Support procurement & construction teams
• Guide junior estimators & ensure technical accuracy

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical & PH services
• 3+ years in pre-contracts/estimating
• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong Estimation software & MS Office skills
• Confident, proactive, and team-focused
