You’ll guide mechanical building services projects from concept to completion, with the freedom to influence design decisions and mentor the next generation of engineers. You'll work on a wide range of exciting projects in healthcare, high-tech industrial and high-rise sectors, giving you the chance to develop specialist skills and build a strong portfolio.
On top of that, you'll get a £6,500 car allowance, a 5% contributory pension, a laptop, phone and agile working.
What you’ll do
You'll lead projects and manage a team completing mechanical building services projects. You'll meet with clients to agree the brief and oversee the concept and detailed design of mechanical systems.
You'll organise and resource a team into a workstream to carry out design duties and liaise with REVIT and CAD departments to ensure accurate drawing production. You'll also work closely with architects and sub-contractors to ensure designs are installed efficiently.
What you’ll need
* 10 years or more mechanical building services design experience
* Good man management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
* Ambition to become a future Associate Director, with a clear path to achieve this
