MK-Search are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a strong presence delivering across sectors for leading main contractors who are looking for an M&E Project manager to join their team to deliver a notable mixed use commercial scheme they have secured in Wiltshire.
Joining from early stage pre-construction, you will join a talented team, reporting to a project lead taking a technical engineer and package management of the complex mechanical package going to site in 2026 to deliver to PC.
Duties
• Lead and manage mechanical engineering aspects of projects from concept through to commissioning
• Support the design development of mechanical systems including pumps, valves, pipework, HVAC, and process equipment
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including civil, electrical, process and CAD Engineers
• Interpret and develop mechanical specifications in line with Thames Water standards and specifications
• Conduct site surveys and assist in producing construction and as-built documentation.
