Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and driven individuals with a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering and project management, coupled with the communication and leadership abilities required to manage complex projects effectively. This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of technical queries and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key liaison between engineering and project stakeholders, including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Review and interpret design specifications and IFC drawings to fully understand project scope. Support the coordination process by translating design information into installation drawings via BIM personnel, ensuring compliance with specifications and project time-lines. Align engineering activities with the overall construction schedule, including procurement planning. Prepare and submit technical documentation, and manage the approval process. Engage with vendors to obtain technical support and explore value engineering opportunities.
