Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join a flagship £450 million residential development in Northwest London. This is a prestigious, large-scale project offering the opportunity to work within a high-performing delivery team on a technically complex build.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to installation and commissioning

Work closely with the design, commercial, and site teams to ensure smooth project progression

Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards

Review and coordinate mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications

Assist with procurement, technical submissions, and RFIs

Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues as they arise

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and project requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer on large-scale construction projects

Strong PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) experience is essential

Background in residential or mixed-use developments preferred

Excellent understanding of mechanical building services systems

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment
