Job Description
️ Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services
Location: London & South East
Salary: Competitive + package + travel

A well-established and expanding mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple live projects.
Role Overview
You will take full ownership of mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of mechanical projects
Coordinate technical submissions and drawings
Handle RFIs and client/consultant coordination
Manage variations and commercial reporting
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
Produce progress reports and manage programmes
Ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards
✅ Requirements
5+ years in mechanical building services
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, BMS, ventilation
Experience managing live construction projects
SMSTS + CSCS (Black Card )
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
