Mechanical Project Manager - Major Residential Scheme\n \n Up to £90,000 + Package | East London | Start ASAP\n \n We're working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential development in East London.\n \n The project has an M&E value of £25 million and covers both shell & core and full fit-out, with a strong mechanical bias. You'll act as the primary point of contact for the client, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion.\n The Role:\n \nLead the mechanical delivery on a £25m M&E package. \nOversee full project lifecycle — design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover.

\nManage subcontractors, client interface, and internal delivery teams. \nEnsure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality. \nReport directly to senior management with regular progress updates.

Requirements:\n \nProven experience managing large residential or mixed-use projects. \nStrong mechanical building services background. \nExcellent client-facing and coordination skills.
