Mechanical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Leeds (projects across Yorkshire & the North)\n\nSalary: Up to £60,000 + car / allowance + package\n\nA well-established, mid-sized MEP contractor based in Leeds is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver multi-million-pound building services projects across the region.\n\nThis role suits a capable delivery-focused PM who enjoys running projects end-to-end within a supportive but professional contractor environment.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Deliver mechanical packages on projects typically valued between £2m – £5m\n\n * \n\n Manage projects from pre-construction handover through to completion\n\n * \n\n Oversee:\n\n * \n\n programme\n\n * \n\n subcontractors\n\n * \n\n cost control (with commercial support)\n\n * \n\n quality and H&S\n\n * \n\n Act as the main mechanical interface with clients, consultants and site teams\n\n * \n\n Work closely with electrical and commercial colleagues to ensure smooth delivery\n\nThe Person\n\n * \n\n Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an MEP / building services contractor\n\n * \n\n Strong background in HVAC / mechanical building services\n\n * \n\n Proven delivery of medium to large-value projects\n\n * \n\n Commercially aware and comfortable managing subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Organised, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities\n\nThe Company\n\n * \n\n Leeds-based medium-sized MEP contractor\n\n * \n\n Strong, secured pipeline of work\n\n * \n\n Projects across commercial, healthcare, education and industrial\n\n * \n\n Stable business with long-term staff and repeat clients\n\nPackage\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)\n\n * \n\n Company car or car allowance\n\n * \n\n Pension, holiday and standard benefits\n\n * \n\n Long-term role with progression for the right person\n\nTo apply or for a confidential discussion, contact Darren Gray at Parkinson Gray Associates.\n\nTelephone number available on our website
